I am using Hathway Internet from last 8 months. In this 8 months, i have raise almost 60- 70 complains, but all the complains were closed without fixing my issue and without my confirmation..
Every time customer service guys takes new complain and give me false asurance that, "this time technical team will call you before closing my request".
They do not have escalation metrix, so you are help less.
Even we do not get response on sending email to "helpdeskpune@hathway.net".
Every 3rd day internet connection gets down.
I have 50mbps unlimited plan, but get max 20 mbps speed.
I am not the only one who is facing this issue. In my peth area, almost all people is facing this issue.
