Without prior intimation they started charging more for my current broadband plan. From last week I tried to call the Hathway Bangalore customer Care, each time I had to be online for at least 15mins waiting for the representative to attend the call.
This person does not have any information about it, he would re-assign the compliant to their back-end team. I have to wait for a call from there back-end team to know about the bills. After 1 to 2 days later they give a missed call on my mobile(only once) and close the compliant. The same happened to me three times, I called them thrice and they closed the request similarly all three times.
I tried to mail there e-mail id, no reply even after 1 week. Customer service is very bad.
