I have Hathway 300Mbps plan from 2 years now in Bengaluru(first Hebbal then transferred to HSR).
They set up the connection quickly.
The prepaid style payment method is good. If we don’t have to use for a month don’t recharge it.
The connection transfer request was also processed within a day, they made a mistake of installing new router and then replaced with older one.
The connection reliability is ok, I am not facing daily or frequent outages.
The 300Mbps speed connection is ok however it doesn’t crosses 230Mbps, and slows does with multiple device usages.
They don’t have 500Mpbs or 1Gbps plans.
Yes they make a lot of reminder messages and calls for recharge which is very annoying. Internet is now a days basic necessity. If they focus more on service they will have loyal customers.
