I’ve got a 150mbps connection and I barely get 10 or 12mbps even lower on my WiFi, whenever I raise a ticket in their app they close it the very next day without any improvement or a phone call, all they do I send a review message which is of no use, plz choose any other brand other than hathway they’re the worst
