I choose to use this connection because my friends forced me to get this service to my place andni have experienced the very bad connection and service with hathway broadband . I just have 1 laptop and 3 cellphones connected to it but the speed with this service is very bad for the money I am paying Hathaway every month I don’t know it’s because of the location or the network is just to load one single page it will take up to 5 minutes, sometimes I will not be even able to open the Facebook app or can’t even chat I’m what’s app of any app I use in my cellphone or in my laptop.
I paid 2399 rupees for 3 month subscription and they gave me router free with the usage of 15gb per month with the speed of 50mbps which I am really not getting and after the use of 25 gb usage I will get 1mbps of speed where in I am already facing worst experience and bad situation too. After the use of 15gb speed cameras down to less then 512 kbps and it’s worst I never thought of it nobody tolad and explained me about the services properly, persone came to my place and he installed everything and he left after ibstarted using it in the begging I got good speed after that I started facing lot of problems and worth service.I wouldn’t recommend you please do not go for this service.
