I have used Hathway in the past and I am not satisfied with the services they are giving and moreover its very costly in terms of plans perspective as compared to other ISP in the market .You will need to login again and again if ur power get shut off,
Services are not good if you apply for the complain they takes long time to revert back
Hathway is good in cable services but not in internet services so dont apply for the connection
