Honestly, this has to be one of the worst broad band service ever. I was using BSNL, but, wanted something faster. And since ACT wasn’t available in my area, I resorted to Hathway. They had pretty good plans, but, their service is pathetic. They will put you on hold forever and later just cut the call. Their whole package is a touch and go. If you’re lucky, everything goes well with you and you don’t have to deal with their customer service. Or else, you’re doomed. I opted for their 3 months plan. It took a week of calling them to just come and install the modem. Initially, I was getting my promised speed, but by around mid month, the speed started drastically dropping even though my FUP wasn’t done. I called their customer service more times than I could remember. They just don’t care. I just wanted my subscription to get over. I wonder how they are even surviving in this market. Smh.
