Worst broadband service ever. Their technical staff is pathetic and ridiculous. Their network sucks in every way. Believe me you will regret forever if you go for Hathway connection. Once you call them for a new connection they will reach you within 10 minutes of time no matter wherever you live, without checking the area feasibility.
Once you have paid the installation fees, they will keep you waiting for 5 days for cable installation(forget about modem installation). After 5 days they will realize that there is no Hathway broadband feasibility in’that’ locality so after 15 days they will send the refund through a cheque on "A/c payee only". what if that person doesn’t have bank account on that particular bank? ever thought? ofcourse not cuz your staff ARE brainless idiots.
Only a jobless brainless people work with hathway. Guys never ever go for hatway connection or you will end up in misery.
