Here I am writing few lines about my bitter experience with Hathway broadbad namely 50 Mbps service.
With a huge advertisement I too attracted and taken this connection by paying 1680+ 100 commission to the agent in Nagole area Hyderabad.Here started my daily duty .I don’t have internet from 3rd day itself.My daily duty is everyday I should call on 040 66989898 and inform them about "No Internet" service will be activated.Then immediately disconnected after 2 Hrs.Again I need to call them again it works for 2 Hrs.So daily I have to spend 50 Rs for Phone calls.In the evening by 9 PM it will goes off.No body will lift your call .if contacted they will not talk to you.Finally escalated to Hathway appellate.They replied and given one reference no for problem escalation and said that technical team will come.Next day the querry is closed witout any information or no technical assistance.This is 3 rd month with this duty.
I humbly request dont go for "Hathway " at all and dont waste your money 50 Rs per day Your internet cost will be 599/- but your phone call cost will be 1599/-
