I dont think no one is such a bad experience with this internet company who has not a good service specially with me. I had taken connection before 2 years with new router and they give me only service cash receipt and write in service bill that give with router and its refundable while close service.during their contract they not give service properly and also not give proper response and also while I complain their at that time their people not come to see my home that problem is solved or not but go from outside after doing from terrace.during this once my router problem come and I gave them router for replacement because of under warranty so they tell me to use internet without router because they took it and keep with them and told me false that they send it to replacement after 15 days I ask about it and say to give me new so at that time they give me old one and told to use it for some day and till that I day I not get my original one.finally I become angry and decide to close connection and the fill form for it and also for refund of router, at that time they ask me for bill of router which they not give me while time of new connection and not refund for router to me so they just cheated me and now I have airlink connection and I am happy for it. so guys while they say give router which is refundable dont believe on them purchase your own router and just avoid to take connection in surat because I not want to see other in same situation, because if we give money and not get service properly then why to take their connection.
