I had a very bad experiencing. I paid in advance for 3 months seeing there was a discount and just after I paid for next 1 week I had no connection. When we tried customer care, it was never answered. Finally we go direct line to the concerned people. They said us to do our job and let them do their job. Meaning, they cant do anything.
Then after a week, we go connection restored but it will be down most of the time. And when the next bill came, I mentioned to the person who called me to remind the payment that I had lost a week with connectivity for which the agent answered that, they dont have any record of any complaints we made through out the week. I finally decided not to talk to them or renew the connection.
I am taking effort to write this review so that the promoters know what is happening. No more people get trapped in such a pathetic service who wont give you any respect. I had another Airtel connection for very long time. It too is not very stable but the customer care is perfect, they pick up your call, fix your issues and give you respect.
