Ive been using internet service from Hathway at Kandivali (E), Mumbai for the last one month. The total experience has been very horrible. Although I signed up for a 1 Mbps unlimited plan, I get browsing/ download speed which is less than 200 Kbps i.e around (25 KBPS). Although I have spoken about this to the customer care a number of times, but it has not helped so far.
Im planning to switch onto another service provider now. Following is the recent email that I have written to their customer care.
Hi,
With reference to my numerous complaints at your customer care and the one registered today (cmpln # 8340712), Im not getting speed more than 25 KBPS whereas my current plan entitles me browsing speed of 1 Mbps.
The low bandwidth as mentioned above, does not serve the purpose. Therefore, I plan to switch to the other service provider in my area. I would like to surrender the connection. I have paid a sum of Rs. 2, 922.00 for the period of 16-May-2013 to 15-Aug-2013 for your services. Please disconnect my connection and refund the balance amount.
