I have taken a hathway broadband connection in sector-1 HSR layout. Its the worst connection I have ever come across. I have a 512 KBPS connection, but I rarely get more than 6 KBPS. Even browsing is painful. I have to call them 2-3 times every week.
Call center guys do not have any clue and they will tell u that they will get back to you thru there genius technical department. If u r lucky, it work fine for a day ot two, then its the same old story. I have a prepaid connection.
I took it to ensure that with a limited download limit, I may get a better speed. But to no avail. Paying them is also painful. If you don’t pay on time, the connection is obviously cut and you have to run around, make calls and what not to get it back on. Even if you pay on time, still you have to do the running and make sure the connection is renewed.Stay away if you have options.
