As I didn’t have option for other wired connection in my apartment I went for hathway. I don’t have any words to explain how bad they treat customer.
If you raise complaint it will be closed next day without talking to us. Their technical team such non-technical who can not even understand basic setting of computers.
If you take hathway I am sure we will raising our BP by talking to their customer care and expecting basic manner from hathway. Once I took connection by paying 3 months(3k), they have came and installed.
It was not working and the person said wait for two days. From the day I am raising the request to correct it and they could not. Also they are not ready to refund the amount.
They are least bothered about the complaints or concerns of customer. If you email, no response or copy paste the standard response asking to wait.As I mentioned I don’t have words to explain how bad hathway is.
