Today I review hathway Broadband connection and friends my experience is very bad.
so friends start the review without waste a time.
I am having a very bad experience from your customer care and the agents. I choose Hathway Bordband Connection for 6 month to pay 3180/- as it has been 4 days completed till today the agent you have sent is not picking up the call and I have done 4 calls to your customer care every time they are saying that it will be done and some higher authority person will call you, but nothing happening.His Broadband connection Every time they promise that problem will be resolved by end of the day / call back in few hours.They never call back. We fed up talking to customer care department. We don’t recommend Hathway Broadband connection. This Broadband Connection speed it was very slow in data uploading speed and download speed, even YouTube also more buffer. Charge also more. Than coming to the service they automatically close service request without problem rectify. Some times not even inquiry about the problem. so I suggest don’t buy this Boardband connection.
