I have taken Hathway cable internet at Chandivali location from Rajesh Cable, but after that I have very bad experience. In a week about 2-3 days internet service remain down. There is nothing like customer service. Maximum time local Rajesh cable who is distributor of Hathway do not pick up land line numbers, if I am able to contact their technician then his response also non acceptable. Maximum time line went down due to power source issue which is not user concern and there is no time line for restoration, their answer is like " Javi power milega tavi chalu hoga".
There is no customer service desk from Hathway for Cable internet and users are suffering for that. And parallay reputation of Hathway doing down. I will suggest to all do not go for Hathway Cable internet, if you want then obviously take the feedback from existing user.
I don’t know whether Hathaway know all this issue or not, I will request if any one is have contact with them please keep it on their desk.
