I was using Hathway connection in JP nagar and requested for shifting, they request placed by their direct employee is not addressed for one week. Again I have placed direct request and they have confirmed that they will arrange within 24 hours, it didn’t chapped. When I called their team, they have said executive on the way and will be completed within the day. No has turned up, called them next day and they said again 24 hours but nothing happened. Called them third time, this time they have said connection feasibility is not their for my new address.To say this, they have taken almost 10 days even after various follow-up calls.
The surprising part is, the neighbor has connection and they need to pull mat be 10 mtrs of cable. Now I called the agent who deals in my new address and requested for new connection and he confirmed the feasibility for new connection.
From my experience, I have not faced much problems in connectivity. But the handling team is not properly coordinated, inefficient and provide false information most of the time.
Better to STAY AWAY from HATHWAY.
