Bad experience from hathway, never go again!

Most noticeably a very bad Experience, As I moved to new place required new internet connection I saw there promotion close by my room. A greatest slip-up which I lament till now. At any rate since I didn’t knew than simply like you(reader) I got influence to the owner and got great reaction.


He consented to go to my room at my accessible time to examine the arrangement and charges. When he went to he proposed many plans among them I enjoyed boundless 10mbps arrangement. It was 3 thousand couple of hundreds for 3 months including switch, modem and establishment charges. As far the speed 10mbps which he guaranteed, I thought it as a decent arrangement.


Until the point when I made the installment and did the printed material the client bolster was great.


Later the installment was done few different folks came and did the wiring and again anther day installment fellow came and introduced the switch at the season of establishment speed was almost 10 mbps. This was the last that I recollect them being considerate and accommodating.

1)It’s been well over a month now, it’s never 10mbps.


2)Every once and keeping in mind that association goes disconnected.


3)If I call to client mind they say dependably a similar thing "Mercifully give us 24hrs to determine the issue". in the event that it doesn’t resolve and in the event that you get back to after 24hrs they will request another 24hrs.


Presently sitting tight for 3 months to end as they are not discounting the sum.
