I had this hathway internet service few years ago. I did not find their package attractive, moreover their initial charges are higher than other companies. My internet used to disconnect very frequently and even after complaining they used to take 2-3 days to get it resolved. In case of emergency I had to go cyber cafe. I even threatened them that I will discontinue using your services but they used to answer that just inform us whenever you want to discontinue. Support staff is not good. Internet connectivity is bad, so better have any other internet services.
