If you’re looking for an internet connection, please avoid Hathway at all cost. Not even your last option. Half the time the connection is down and when you call customer care there’s no response. If you’re lucky and somebody responds, they will talk to you like they’re doing you a favour. I called customer care today as my internet was not working (again), and their rep was being so unprofessional, he said "I’m not giving any excuses, it’s working only, check".
If anybody from Hathway is reading this, please note that this is not how you handle customer care, let alone providing good service.
