I got the connection of hathway broadband thinking that they would provide better service from others. I asked them about the disruption of service on hathway but they assured me there will no disruption of service.
But after one month of use I am continuously facing disruption of net service. The disruption range anywhere between 4-6 hours. Recently this problem continue for three days in a row which was frustrating. Also their customer care has no toll free so its a real pain.
