I am using Hathway Broadband from last 3 months.
My Plan Details:
SUPER 100 HYD 40Mbps QtrlyU Plan.(This Plan is for 3 months.)
->Every month 100GB with 40Mbps and after 100GB data usage it will become 1Mbps Unlimited.
->Hathway 1Mbps is far better than 1Mbps of any other internet provider.
From speed point of view, One thing I can say Hathway Broadband is the best in Hyderabad because I didn’t have any problem regarding speed.
But when it comes to support, then I can say the worst customer care team and support team are there with Hathway Broadband.
Problems
->When I call to Hathway customer care the call will connect to the customer care executive after around 5 to 6 minutes.
->But if I call Hathway customer care and select the option for new connection needed then within 1 or 2 minutes the call will connect to them. So this clearly means that they are mostly concern about new customer rather than existing hathway customer.
->And the behavior of the hathway customer care executives is worst. It seems like they don’t care about myproblem.
When they are providing such a superb internet connection to the customers then they should be more concern about providing the service and support to their existing customers.
