The most worst irresponsible, lying service providers. Not sure its company policy or employees behavior, they never stick to services as promised. When I applied for new connection they responded in 5 minutes, visited house in 15 minutes to take payment but for connection I had to call 10 times on next day but yet they have not turned up.
The sales guy"Nagappa" is wild creature on the earth, lying creep. He promised while taking payment that by 12 next day I will ensure to fix the connection but he is not even responding to my calls. Hope this helps you to take their services or not.
