I stay at Austin town. Hathway has services across Austin town but not at my location. I contacted Hathway support the technician visited my location and said there has to be atleast 5 members requesting for connection to get a connection from other side of the place which has service.(Which is not more than 100 meters from my house) my cable TV operator and myself did a marketing for hathway and got 5 members wanting the service, and I contact the technician the technician then said that the other people are too far to get connection and that he will discuss about this to his team and get back. He never got back I call him again after a week and he said that by 15th of Jan 2016 Hathway management has decided to get connection to my location.(This happend befor 20th Dec 2015. The talks started in the month of October). After the 15th of Jan 2016 when I contacted the technician he gave me some story again.
Finally he came to meet me and said he is managed to get 10 members including myself and my cable tv operator wanting service and wanted me to pay him immediately. But since my cabe tv operator was out of town and hence he promised to meet me the next day he never turned back. I called him the third day and he referred me to his manager who gave me nice sugar coated promises and took 4 days time. I call him the 5th day he disconnected the call and said he is in a meeting. And did not call the whole day. I called him from another no he picked the call and gave me the same jazz and he acts like he is so busy like he is handling hathway service for the entire country. Who ever reads this. Pls do not take Hathway services unless u r ready to run behind these people.
