Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd. Tech support and service is too bad in Mira Road area in MUMBAI. No Toll free no to call. Before server is down there is no notification or update. We can’t rely on Hathway net.
2 MBPS speed is only on paper when actual speed is....No Senior person take tech support calls.
In a week down time of Hathway is more than 3 to 4 days. No continues net connectivity. Very worst and careless poor service and support.
