I am feeling so sorry for my decision of getting Hathway Cable TV service. In city like Delhi, Hathway service is extremely poor. I am writing here because I could not get a proper complaint phone number for Hathway.
The support staff is not only rude but also insulting when you request to install the set top box. It took then 10 good days to just bring a set top box. After connecting it, the cable operator promised that in half an hour the set top box will be activated. Since than 3 days passed and nothing happened. I am still waiting for that "Halh an hour" of hathway. There is no response on the number given by the hathway.
I am sure that hathway is a fraud organization running with the help of local gundas. There is no proper response by the person who given set top.
Please advise me if I can get help of consumer forum for lapse in the services by Hathway. I advise all concerned people NOT to use HATHWAY service untill unless you have good link to local Gundas to counter gunda cable wala operators of Hathway.
