Horrible experience

I wish there was a zero. Hathway has been harassing me after shifting and closing service. Connection was always an issue but getting three calls a day after service has been shut is utter harrassment. Time and again communicating that I’ve moved and it’s disabled. And the customer non care staff then have the audacity to cut my calls when I ask them if I can speak to someone in charge.
