I purchased the cable modem from hathway for rs 15, 000 with the condition that I would sell the modem back to them after 1 or 1.5 years as I would be shifting residence.the salesperson mrs neelam guranteed me that she would take back the cable modem now I have shifted to the suburbs and no one is buying my modem after contacting hathway they tell me that we will not purchase second hand stuff god bless those who will get duped by them.if I call any shop to buy the modem they tell me to throw the modem in the dustbin as no one will buy it.beware of their staff that makes false promises for duping custormers
