Hathaway become a famous company in last few years, but now it is going down day by day .From my point of view Hathway is not doing his job properly. Lack of good service and response to his customers. After making call to customer care for any problems facing in the serve they do not write complain. They want us to send Email to them. After writing email also our problem is not solved. Hathaway broadband are useless. Please don’t take connection you will face lot of problems.
