I am a hathway user since long but recently the service is very poor /pathetic.
I stay in Siddharth Nagar and the internet speed is less than 1 mbps as against 50 what is promised and sold to us. I tried contacting the service desk but zero response....I wouldn’t recommend Hathway to users. This is cheating.
