Hathway has downgraded my download speed from 50 MBPS TO 1MBPS Saying that I have consumed 75GB.
But, I havent Consumed the 75GB.I have checked in my hathway account in the hathway website & have found that the data isnt consumed completely. Please find the screenshots attached with the email for your reference.
I need hathway to look into this & Increase the speed to 50mbps. As Hathway has caused me lot of inconvienience downgrading the speed without consumption.Hathway has to compensate by extending the validity of 10 days.
How fair is this?Is this how you treat your customer? I am damn sure that hathway is corrupt & there is a scam going on.Either you resolve the issue or refund my money back.
