Hathway is the worst broadband & wifi service I have used till now. The wifi never works properly for long time. Everyday you have to suffer some problem & call the customer care & inform them about your problem. Sometimes they help & d visit our place to solve it but many a times they don’t even visit & mark our case as solved.
Even I got my modem also upgraded with fibre technology plan & modem, but then also I had to suffer same problem. Everyday the net would stop working & they’ll give excuses like some maintenance work is going on or blah! blah!.

Please never ever go for installing Hathway at your place for broadband connection as they’ll ruin your life by providing their worst services.!
Now finally I removed Hathway & installed Nextra broadband services which is quite better than Hathway & if I face some problem also, they very quickly work for resolving it.
