One of the worst service support from Hathway. I have made a payment on 29th.the sales team said it will be done within 24-48 hours. It’s been more than 4 days. No installation nothing happened. Still saying will check and get back to you. Due to wonderful service asked for a refund. Wow customer service said it will take 15 day. Not sure which banks take 15 days to reverse the payment in India. Being a 1st time customer I got best service. hat’s off Hathway
