I had used Hathway Broadband services for around 3 months and I had logged 10 to 14 complaints for no connectivity. The service is very unreliable.
I had opted for Flash-2-Lite plan (2 Mbps/11GB). But I never got speed more than 300 kbps.
When we complain about the less speed, the CSS, instead of helping to get the good speed they say go to apple.com and download something and check the speed. I don’t know if Hathway broadband is meant for apple.com only.
We try to log a complaint on the support number - 40161616 we had to wait for more than 5 mins just to able to speak to CSS.
The connectivity is very unreliable. I had logged many complaints of connectivity. Each and every time I got the same answer -’Sir, the entire link is down in the area and it will take 4 hours to bring the line up’.
If you are opting this broadband service for some serious work or business than please avoid. you never know when the connectivity will be lost you might miss something important. It happened to me many times and finally I closed the connection.
