I’ve been using this service since Sep’15. By far, Hathway is one of the worst service providers I have ever been with. Every 10-15 days, I’d have connectivity issues and they’ll take atleast 2-3 working days to resolve it. Escalations don’t work.
Non existent customer service, pathetic billing team and worst infrastructure to support the existing users. Got tired of connectivity issues and disconnected.
