Hello friends today I share about my experience on Hathway broadband
I bought the Hathway broadband because low price and high speed I was happy that I would be getting the good internet speed in less money.
I got 3 month plan from Hathway.
Speed and connection: some day from first 15 days it work really nice than the connectivity auto on and auto off.
First internet speed 40 mps but few day latter the speed is very low 1 mps.
Coutemer service: customer service is bad,
I talk about regarding the speed service and they tell me there might be some issues once the server back your speed will be updated but I don’t understand surver start work . But the problem was repeat and repeat.
They never help to their customers they never accept their fault.
