I bought a new connection for hathway Broadband 2-3 months before.It was a 50Gb 50 Mbps plan.I paid 4499 for 3 months subscription.When I booked the connection the engineer came next day.and installed all the wires and router.that was fast and okay.hr said that connection will be activated in nxt 24 hrs time but in real it takes 3 days for hathway to activate my connection.huh! Each time I call their customer service people give stupid reasons.finally on third day it activated.I started using it.for the very first day it worked fine I was getting 45Mbps speed which good.but the next day I faced frequent disconnection problem.called the customer service people.they again started giving me stupid reasons that their servers are under maintence etc.but the connection didn’t worked for 3 days.I was very angrey at that time and since had paid 3 months subscription I had to use their connection.I then decided to leave this connection.
