They asked refund deposit for 400rs once you submit modem you can get that amount. Even submitting time also staffs told will received within 7 working days like that. Once I submitted the modem. They told 3 years should be active in service then only will get refund. My question why didn’t tell this before. Why hidden this last minute. You can tell this while return time also.
Even if net not connected more than 24hrs they didn’t extended that 1 day also. If you call or email no response. Please dont go this worst service people. Don’t cheat by them. No transparency and no trustworthy.
