I have been a customer of Hathway Broadband Internet services since May-2013. Since the day I have taken the connection I have been dissatisfied with the after sale service.
Problems:
1). Frequent disconnection of Internet. (I have experienced the worst blackout of 8 days- Dec-9th to Dec-17th)
2). Very bad customer service. The TSG Guys cannot handle any issue and need to had over the complaint to a service Engineer always.
3). Claims of 24 hrs customer service. But in reality the service engineers work from 10:00-6:00 only and the TSG is useless to handle any issues.
4). Speed depreciation from what was promised in the plan.
All in all, I would say I made a mistake in taking Hathway for my Internet needs. My subscription will be ending on Feb-2014 and I intend to disconnect it hereafter.
I have heard all excuses from these fellows. Customer care is for 24 hrs, but they forget to mention that their service engineers work from 10:00-6:00 only. My subscription is due to end in Feb-2014.
I hope someone learns from my reviews and does not bother to associate themselves with these people who do not have a basic sense of customer service. I have suffered enough, don`t let yourself into my plight. Pay a little more and take something better

Please improve your customer care service & ensure that you are providing the services as promised. Word of mouth is a powerful tool and a dissatisfied customer spreads words fast.
I have not written this on a personal grudge, but there is a way a business should be conducted. And your way is lost. Hopefully you will take steps to correct the mistakes.
