Mumbai Area: I have been using Hathway broadband service for more than a year now. I have particularly used the 1mb/3mb plan where they provided unlimited data usage. Used to be a good connection.
However, Off lately they have been trying to get rid of unlimited users by creating plans suited for limited users. Also the connections gets auto logged out every hour(this is the policy of hathway) to de-motivate long download sessions.
SO ANYONE LOOKING OUR FOR UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS - DO NOT GO FOR HATHWAY. Pathetic customer service
