Before switching over to Act Fibernet I was using Hathway Broadband internet. At the time of the installation they stated that they will provide good and efficient service and will not dissatisfy me. Believing their version I took the connection. Initially the speed was OK. but after few days the speed was very slow and sometimes no internet. I tried to call the customer support but it will take some time to connect the customer support as the line will be busy always. If there is any heavy rain there will no connection. Again I have to call the customer support to lodge my complaint. The technician will attend to the problem at his convenient time. Now I have shifted to Act fiber and happy with their services.
compare to Hathway speed Act fiber internet speed is good and I strongly recommend Act Fiber internet only.
