Hathway Internet Service in Bangalore is the PATHETIC one. I took their connection in July end. It’s 2MBPS connection.
Very next day I informed them that I don’t get good speed. Download speed never goes beyond 7-8 kbps. Opened ticket with them but none of their technical support person contacted me.Normal webpage will open fast but if you want to view some video content, pictures, or download any size file, it will be DAMN SLOW.
I’ve been following up with them constantly but there is no response from them. They just know reloading the modem nothing beyond that.
Also the connection keeps bouncing after every 1 hr or so.You can’t do your office work from home if you need to connect VPN. With VPN it even becomes slower and slower.
Never ever take HATHWAY Internet. Best one is AIRTEL which I’ve used for 4 years without any hassle.
After moving to my apartment I had go to Hathway as it was the only net connection available here.
Now Airtel has come and I’m kicking off Hathway and will ask other members of my Apartment also to do the same.
