Absolutely the WORST service you can get.
7 days at a stretch without their broadband connection; I luckily managed with my dialup connections.
I’m switching . BSNL? Airtel? ANYONE would be better than this band of morons. Even though I’ve taken their Speedway Extra plan . which is a PREPAID plan . I’m willing to write off 6 months of subcription NOT to suffer these people again.
What’s more, I’m writing to ALL the people I know . including spamming the internet . with my "Don’t EVER get suckered into Hathway’s internet connection plans."
I’ve suffered. Which is why I call them the hindi "Hath dey" instead of "Hathway".
Don’t bother trying them out. If you are using Hathway, back off. Buy anything but Hathway. Buy Reliance. What the heck, buy a dial up connection. You’d be better off printing your emails and sending them by courier . even local post . compared to depending on these jokers for reliable connectivity.
