MY CONNECTION IS 50 MPS BUT I GET BUFFERING IN YOUTUBE AND SLOW BROWSING WHILE SURFING. WHEN WE DO SPEED TEST OOKALA IT SHOWS 50 Mbps.
Let me put my experience with Hathway as end user to make the picture clear what all customers are facing:-
No issue with plans you are offering to the customer. Good plans.
No issue with CS Team. They try their level best to help customers.
Issues in Hathway:-
Call centre Manager never available to take calls even you request 100 times. Normal Operators does a good job.
All Problems of Hathway is from Radio Frequency Team(RF Team). Manager of all levels doesnt really care about customers because they dont have proper knowledge how to resolve.
RF Team is being shielded from CS Team. RF team want to resolve all issues via CS Team. They use CS Teams as Firewall.
4.RF Team from "Cable Laying Team to Managers" dont work properly or dispose of their duties. Just leave half way and leave customers crying and shouting on Call centre and CS Team.
5.RF Team hides real issues to CS Team. Update wrong information to CS Team and wants CS Team to fight with customers.
- Lack of responsibility and honesty from RF Team is causing huge problems to customers.
How to Resolve the RF Problems:-
Give KT(knowledge transfer) to technical team with help from some good resource. Hire good technical experts.
Increase strength of Ground Staff of RF Team.
