Good afternoon. My name is Dola Krishna. If Hathway personnel calls and will tell that they will give free internet if we pay for 3 months or so, please dont get attracted to such false promises.
Initially connection was volatile. After sending mails to them continuously for so many times, they have resolved the issue.
Customer care are not at all helpful.
I have got cheated with their lies.
