Hathway, worst service I have ever faced in my life time, untill collecting money they will be back of you and once paid, they don’t even answer your phone, hope they trained their employees in that way.
Nor agent, customer care, or any other one from Hathway will respond to your issue.
App is something it is just for their promotion, raised a ticket in app after 4 hour contacted customer care they said you raised a ticket, but I will raise it again because no one has looked in to it.
no acknowledgement no response since 48 hours, not sure how may days they take to resolve issue.
I took one year subscription I know my money gone for toss, suggestion is don’t even look at Hathway broadband services.
