I used this broadband service for 6months.this broadband service gives unlimited pakages but service provided by hathway is not good.they don’t respond for calls.if they respond, the service also late.if we call today for an issue.they will tell, b we will come and rectify the issue.after that no response at all.
Another disadvantage in hathway is, if rain starts net connection gone.i don’t know what hapens.if we call for this issue, they don’t reapond.for net connection we have wait till rain stop.this ia my ezperience with hathway broadband.
