I got my hathway broadband connection sometime around the month of August of last year( 2015) . The connection formalities was done in a day. The speeds as promised always touched 50mbps ( as per the plan) . I had opted for the plan having an FUP of 25gb and speeds capped after 25gb to 512kbps. There wasn’t much hassles with the connection and the speeds promised. The only drawback of Hathaway is the customer support team they have, they always come across as a bit arrogant and careless. But there aren’t many situations where in you have to call them. The maximum time the connection was down was not more than for 6 hours. The only reason that I had to end my connection with Hathaway was that they didn’t cover the area which I had shifted to. I would surely recommended anyone looking for a reliable broadband connection at decent pricing. PS my plan was for 3+ 1 month for around RS2700 inclusive of tax( 1 month extra offer was availed) .
