Guys this waste boxes what they supply doesn’t even have network ICU’s I think. These empty waste boxes never even work at all and the customer service what they provide is really very brilliant is 8hrs 1guy will come and check something and says like the concerned team will come and fix int next 4 hrs.
After 8hrs you will get a call that your modem is on or off so that they can work on it. So they will drag like 4-5 days without doing anything. after that we will call them again and ask what happened to the complaint they will simply say that issue has been fixed and closed. Definitely you guys will put a question mark face. So I 100% recommend not to take Hathaway they will show you empty hand after taking this connection.
