Guys, just yesterday I took a new connection from hathway and today only I am using the net connection, I was told 150 mpbs but I am not even getting 1.5 mpbs. I raised a complaint 3 times but still issue has not been resolved. Imagine I am going through all this in the first day. So guys think twice before going for this hathway. pathetic service. the sales person is not even picking my call for once. before the sale, he was attending calls even 9.10 p.m. So beware, buy this connection at your own risk. I would not advise look for a better source. I am not allowed to give less than 1 star otherwise I would have given in the minus
